Founded by Ar. DEVENDRA MOHAN in 1985
MOHAN AND ASSOCIATES is a multi-disciplinary design studio based in MEERUT, India. It is engaged in the practice of Architecture, Interior Design, Landscaping Design, Project Management, Land and building valuations. We believe in constant innovation, design excellence and focuses on a positive impact on environment.
We are constantly at work on research, development and implementation of innovative and efficient design strategies. Additionally the firm maintains a strong commitment to create design solutions that are individually tailored to suit the specific criteria for each project.
Our work is known for its design innovation, quality and uniqueness. We believe that our work follow a unique style based on our ideology and perspective towards the design requirement.
Each project gives an opportunity to follow new solutions to complex building problems. Implementing a project requires substantial commitment in time, money and resources. It also involves a large team of architects, consultants, suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors & laborers. Our role is to co-ordinate with all these people and to ensure everything to move as smoothly as possible.
The firm in past years has executed more than 1000 projects ranging from various residential buildings to multi-specialty hospitals with numerous publications.
As a result, all buildings are integrated—from conceptual framework to physical experience. The studio is engaged in the design of building typologies such as town halls, hotels, schools, hospitals, offices and residences.
The practice’s notable projects Samrat Sweets (Meerut, 2013), Mimhans Care Centre (Meerut, 2014), and Roots Internation School(Bijnore, 2015).

FOUNDER, PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
DEVENDRA MOHAN
Ar. DEVENDRA MOHAN did his Bachelors of Architecture in 1984 from Mysore university and has been looking after the firm from last 35 years. He has been working on sectors such as commercial, hospitality, residential and urban-planning. The wide range of projects in which he has been involved evidences his versatility as an architect. His technical and construction experience, working in every aspect of overall project delivery including cost and schedule management, enables him to work with the client and design team to achieve the project's goals and vision. As a founder, he uses his diverse knowledge and experience to guide the architectural, engineering, and client teams to work together to deliver highly successful projects.
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
SHITIZ GUPTA
Shitiz Gupta completed his Bachelors of Architecture from VASTU KALA ACADEMY, Delhi in 2015. He is the PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT and leads project team on all phases of design, from Inception to completion, ensuring design and continuity throughout a wide range of projects in the studio. He has over 5 years of experience in design and construction management of various architectural and interior projects. His focus has been in offering simple and artful solutions to complex problems that require immense technical knowledge and a profound attention to detail. He has completed several architecture and interior design projects of varied scale cutting across, luxury homes, hospitality, retail and commercial. He organizes the efforts of the entire project team while monitoring critical aspects such as design quality, schedule, and budget. He is constantly challenging and perfecting specifications of even the smallest aspects of projects, ensuring great Value Engineering at every level that ensures high quality design. Fully understanding these roles ultimately increases a project’s true value regardless of the ever changing and evolving design trends.
He has been instrumental in the firm’s recent business expansion to new areas. His effective leadership and management practices surpass geographical boundaries, and his widely noted communication skills result in strong relationships with a diverse clientele.
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
RACHITA GUPTA
RACHITA Gupta completed her Bachelors of Architecture from VASTU KALA ACADEMY, DELHI in 2015 and master of architecture from JAMIA MILIA ISLAMIA, DELHI in 2019. Her approach to design responds to individual context and enables integration of both the natural and built environment. In collaboration with her clients, she focuses on developing creative and innovative solutions that meet both aesthetic and pragmatic requirements, allowing buildings to positively impact the environment, while addressing the specific needs of inhabitants. The wide range of projects in which she has been involved evidences her versatility as an architect. Before beginning any project, she studies site context, client’s brief and aspirations. She is passionate about sustainable, multidisciplinary, research-based design. She believes as development and construction professionals we bear a particular responsibility and have a unique opportunity in each project.
